About me

Following 10 years’ experience working as a Lawyer, I have re-trained as an Executive & Personal Development Coach.

My passion lies in supporting women at pivotal moments in their personal and professional lives. These include career moves, leadership development whilst maintaining a work/life balance, the transition to parenthood and the challenges and opportunities that arise returning to the workplace after maternity leave.

My perspective and approach as a coach is shaped both by my corporate background and my experience as a working Mum of two. Having spent a decade navigating the corporate world, I understand the challenges faced by women—especially during significant times such as the transition to parenthood and return to work post-maternity leave. I have experienced first hand the power of coaching and positive impact it can have on you, your relationships and wider environment.

My coaching is more than professional development; it's about ensuring that your work and life goals are aligned, and your drivers identified and fulfilled.

I am an ICF trained coach to PCC level via the Barefoot ICF Accredited Business & Personal Coach Training Programme. This is regarded as the gold standard of coach training by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also additionally trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques in the coaching setting.

My previous education includes a LLB from Bristol University and LPC from Guildford University of Law.

I work with clients on a one-to-one basis and have successfully coached individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds including financial services, legal and the luxury retail sector.

I also assist in delivering training/workshops and internal coaching support for companies and organisations. I am adept at creating bespoke and impactful coaching programmes that help companies to develop a supportive working environment which in turn boosts employee retention, increases productivity and helps leaders to positively progress.
